Lynas were setting up a new faciliy in Kuantan and required an R&D lab for the developement of advanced materials using rear earths. Lab needed to use advanced R&D equipment. Space, cost and time were critical. Final design maximsed efficent use of space with all equipment installed and compliant to Australian std and ISO requirments.
